At OhSnap Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new gadgets. If your electronics aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
